It's shows "19g of total carbs" How is this even Keto friendly?

No, it's only 4 net carbs. read the label. Anybody who is serious about Keto knows to subtract the fibers etc and you go on the net carbs! I've used these for over a year and have lost over 40 lbs on the low carb plan. I use them in place of taco shells, wraps and even bread.

are they organic and non gmo?

Hello! Definitely not. They even have enriched flour as one of the ingredients. They ARE however super delicious and are better than a lot of the non healthy tortillas out there. They’re great for chest days or when you’re in a hurry or having to feed a big family…but we don’t eat them daily or anything like that. Hope this helps!
