One Protein Bars Maple Glazed Doughnut, 2.12 Oz, 4 Ct

I appreciate the high protein low carb ratio that the One bars offer. I like the chocolate chip cookie dough flavor and this one maple doughnut best. I get the extra protein I need to hit my goal macros, plus they satisfy my sweet tooth cravings. Decent price too for a bar that gives me at least 20g protein.

I love these protein bars and have been buying them for the last 2 months! They are so yummy and the texture is great - crunchy and smooth, not chalky like other bars.

I'm on a health plan that is low carb low sugar. I actually got these for my boyfriend. They taste great. Very low sugar. The carbs are high at 23 so too much for me as my ususlky bars are at 5 carbs. I tasted them and liked it. I'd recommend for anyone wanting a protein bar for breakfast with about 1g sugar. Most bar have far too much sugar.

Great consistency and tastes yummy...makes you feel like you're cheating on your diet when you are having your protein bar!

The biggest issue I have had with protein bars is the texture. The texture on these One bars is actually really nice. They are very soft and almost melt in your mouth. Other than the texture, the flavor of the Maple Glazed Doughnut, isn't the best. Honestly, it is way too sweet! I may try some other flavors, but this one missed the mark.
