I recently purchased the VIMTAG 2025 G4 2.5K Security Camera to keep an eye on my front yard, and it’s exceeded my expectations. This very affordable camera delivers crisp, clear footage day and night, with impressive color night vision that captures details even in low light. I was able to make out a delivery person’s face clearly at 15 feet away, which gives me peace of mind. The two-way microphone/speaker is super responsive and clear.Setup was a breeze—took less than 5 minutes using the Vimtag app, which is intuitive and lets me customize motion zones to avoid false alerts from passing cars and animals. It is super easy to mount and adjust anywhere you need it. It also has a very long USB-C power cable which makes life much easier. I also love that it supports local storage on a microSD card, so I don’t need a subscription; though the cloud option is very affordable.Another great thing about this camera is that it has an experimental ONVIF mode that works flawlessly for me. This allows the camera to be monitored with other brands of desktop software in case you need it. Very convenient!Their tech support is incredibly fast, professional, and overall satisfactory. I have gotten super fast email responses to any questions I had for them.Overall, this camera offers premium features at a budget-friendly price. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile, reliable security solution for their home or business. 5/5 stars and definitely WILL buy more of these!

I have had this for almost 6 months and love it. It survived a very cold icy winter outside and it takes great videos with good color. The SD card I bought, didn't last long but the camera is working great!

It's only been a few days but my expectations have far been exceeded. When it comes to setting up anything, especially electronics I am clueless and get frustrated. Set up was so easy. I had a few moments of frustration but once I calmed down, it was so simple. O ended up buying two. The app is easy to use. I use a micro SD card instead of the cloud but you can choose for yourself.For this price point I was expecting poor quality but I love these cameras and wouldn't exchange them for the expensive ones at all. These are high quality, the customer service is actively helpful and just all around a good solid company. Very rare these days. I have two, I plan on buying two more. Trust me you won't regret it. And again, I am a level 1 out of 10 when it comes to assembling, putting together and setting up things and I did it twice. Great product. Don't miss out folks.

Product works great. I use it to check on our house in another state. Also to check the weather. Update to software is great. New version is very good and designed well. Response from the sport tea was great. Would definitely buy from them again.

I now have four of these! One on my back deck, three in my parents' house.Connectivity: perfect, they reach my wifi from a surprising distance away. It takes about 5 minutes or less to set up, and they are very easy to add new cameras to an existing setup, all on the same account. In fact on the app I'm monitoring my house and my parents' house 1200 miles away all in the same grid.Use: they are great with motion detection, and they have fairly good camera quality for the price. The field of view is actually really wide if not truly a fish-eye, and the lag in what you watch on the app is a matter of a second or so. So they're fast to transmit. I got the data storage plan from Vimtag, I don't have an SD card and have them record the cameras to the cloud (also available on my app for review) for 7 days. It's pretty inexpensive. I only have it record if motion is detected, otherwise it's nonrecorded streaming. It does pick up my cat on the deck, it doesn't record slight breezes moving the leaves in the trees, so it's fairly good at discerning real movement from wind.Also the one I have outside has been rained on extensively. I have a waterproof cord keeper thing for the plug but the unit itself has been rained on without issue and is still going strong a year later.

My review really is about about the company first and foremost. Bought this almost a year ago and it quit working. I got ahold of support and after trying to help me get the problem fixed, it ended with them sending me a new camera completely free like there warranty said. I'm very pleased with the outcome and will buy from them again. The camera quality is great and very user friendly!

I guess I didn’t expect too much at this price point but this camera is junk.There are no alerts, it probably said that somewhere but I’ve realized that is an important function for me.The camera works 1 in 5 times I open the app. So basically useless when I need it.I pay for the storage as I am trying to catch the human who lets their dog crap in my driveway and never picks up. There are gaps in the recorded video! For instance I can watch the video at 9 and no poop, then big gap and poop at 9:15. So infuriating!As I said before, junk! I’m going to spend a little more and get a better camera.I suggest you do the same.

Nice price, good camera, easy set up, and clear pictures. Unfortunately, mine arrived with the camera mounting broken in half. I used superglue and rubber bands to hold it in place because I didn't want the hassle of returning it. Hopefully it will hold up and work well despite the mounting issue.
