Great service and communication
Fantastic service, Eskute recommended SDTYYP to supply a battery for my ebike but when it arrived due to no fault of SDTYYP it did not fit, I requested a refund and they sent me a returns label so I could send it back. I have not received my refund as yet but I am confident that they will credit me as soon as the receive the return. The battery by the way they originally was of very high quality and a reasonable price. Recommended.
