Have had this bag a few months now. I use it only for special occasions where I want a smaller bag. The shoulder strap has begun fraying. It sheds like crazy. If it weren't for this, it would be a great little bag. I do not think this is genuine cowhide as I have many hide bags and they do not shed strings of material like this.
