Kayak Lights for Night Kayaking, Battery Operated Red and Green Navigation Lights for Dinghy, Canoe, Jetski

Got first set of these to use as a temporary replacement for broken running light on boat. Worked very well, brighter than the boat’s regular navigation lights. Bought 2 extra sets to keep on all our other boats for emergency back up or spares. I now use the white anchor light when anchored to avoid drain on boat battery. Comes with replacement spare batteries which is a nice added bonus. Very versatile and handy. An excellent back up option for the Boy Scout “Be Prepared” boat captain!

Got water in both and rusted up and became useless! Piece of crap Chinese. I got what I paid for!

Cheap materials and parts. Not waterproof (or even water resistant). Not sure it will last This is strange product. It looks so well designed and functional and exactly what I needed for my small tender to comply with local regulations at night. When you open the packaging though, the cheap production methods pop out at you immediately. The red on/off switch seems to be super glued in place (and not in a consistent manner). Additionally, the clear plastic top protecting the LED also seems to have been super glued onto the main body. While the body does screw onto the base with o rings, after one night in the rain I noticed condensation and droplets on the inside of the clear plastic top. At that point it started randomly turning on and off. Trying to get the moisture out was a nightmare (obviously as a result of all that glue you cannot disassemble, nor self fix/diagnose a problem) and I ended up having to buy silica gel to try and get the moisture out. It is a real pity because if you go to the shoreline website you feel they promise quality. What you get in the package is something all together different.

These are perfect for kayaks, paddle boards, etc. They are bright and highly visible for after sunset use. The stretchy loops are way better than the adhesive type. Extra batteries are worth buying so you don’t have to worry about finding them next season.

Easy to install and the lights are very bright. I purchased them for our pontoon boat since the otters keep chewing through the writing on our boat.

Navigation wires failed in boat. As quick fix, I ziptied these to existing poles. Only used once so far, but was very bright for size. Building material appears cheap, can't imagine it'll last long especially if left outside. Solid deal for price. ***Did not hold up to the small amount of salt spray after 8-10 trips***

So I don't use them for a boat or kayak I'm security for a public schools and I use them to be seen by students and cars I used them for a red light and green light to stop cars so my students can cross or I can stop my students so I can move the parents along there super lite and waterproof and pretty bright to be so small they come with a little hook to connect I added a rubber bands so I can put it in the middle of my hand so I still have use of hands and if needed I can put over gloves on colder days

Love these for those time the running lights go out for whatever reason or just to have on the dinghy.

Cheap and breaks easily. Button on/off doesn’t work on some and battery died rapidly . Wasn’t a good buy for my paddleboard night excursion
