Comfortable, sleek, quality.
Went from a Medium Spartacus to this. Im a pond fisher, into roostertails and crank baits. Got the 6'8" Light matched with the baitcast reel on a 20lb braid. I love it. Its sensitive. You can whip lightweights nice and far. You can feel the spinner on a 1/8th rooster tail. The Berkley Shallow Money Badger in 1/4 ounce feels pretty great. The next step up in size and weight starts to really vibrate the pole will fry your hands and wrists before lunch. 1/3oz is doable, but taxing and feels like a mismatched. Another thing... mainly for bass... getting a good hookset can be a little challenging. The light pole just doesnt yank the same way the medium does... so maintain your hooks. Another thing... its not really "portable" because the pieces fit so snug you have to apply a spooky amount of force to get them back apart. So dont plan on breaking it apart over and over for the car.

Exactly what I wanted and expected I’ve caught about 12 trout on it so far and im loving it it’s casting 1/10 ounce lures about thirty yards sensitive to bites and has a good back bone for setting hooks would buy again
