Assembly of the chair was not too bad, I’d recommend to keep an adjustable wrench handy to use on the bolts. Worth the investment for comfort, stability and flexibility to work around clients. The recline feature is my favorite part since I do offer time consuming services it literally allows my clients to lay back and let me get the job done. No noise while in use, doesn’t take up too much space, and the seat is wide enough for maximum comfort while leaving room. Totally recommend!

Don't do it please invest in a real hair chair spend the money on something your not going to have to keep repurchasing

UPDATE: so the manufacturer was very very helpful during the process. It turned out that it was just assembled incorrectly, and once it was it’s working fine so far. Thank you to Caroline for messaging me personally and working to help me get this all resolved. Sooo I was very excited to get this chair but now I’m having second thoughts. It seems that the way this chair is assembled the foot peddle has to be pushed up in order to lift the chair vs how typical foot pedals just need to be pushed down on in order to lift. This makes it hard to do and I’m not happy about that . :(

Not very sturdy only had it for a couple of months and it broke the from bottom

The chair is really good, and looks great. I use this chair to give my son a haircut, and it’s easily adjustable for the users height. It’s well made as well.
