Really good quality and value for money as it's easy and simple to safely remove earwax and dust from my Pixel buds and phone.

I works pretty good, gets most of the dirt and gunk out of holes, but must be careful because if stretched out too much, it can tare and get stuck in a port of your phone. Luckily it hasn't happened to me yet, but I don't use it unless I have no other way.

Brilliant little kit for keeping your AirPods clean and sounding good. I was amazed how much the volume increased. The improved sound quality was also impressive. The sticky putty is very easy to use and works a treat. There are a couple of tools for dislodging caked in wax as well. Definitely recommended.

Worked incredibly well on my iPhones speakers, cannot express how easy but effective it is to use! Great value and comes in a compact neat tin and is just an overall amazing product! Will definitely be buying again in the future!

The little plastic tool they provided broke off inside of my charging port causing me even more issues.

Good for cleaning out speaker holes on my iPhone, but the blurb advised against using it on the charging port and this is what I had got it for. It has a little stick for this job, which isn’t very substantial and has already bent. Not as good as a straightened out paperclip. Does a reasonable job, and stays moist in its little tin.

I didn’t expect to enjoy this as much as I do. I figured it’d be a fun little gadget to try and hopefully clean my phone with, saving a few quid...But now? I’m kinda obsessed. The packaging alone made me smile — all neat, detailed, and a little extra in the very best way (you can tell a German start-up made it). The clay’s got this perfect texture — soft, sticky almost plasticine-like (but not gross), and stupidly good at getting into all the tiny nooks around my phone speaker, charging port and buttons. Yet to try it on my dSLR but I already know it will be good... It even comes in this sleek little tin that makes me feel way too fancy for what’s basically tech putty. Bonus points: they actually tell you what not to do (looking at you, people who jam things into charging ports). It’s like they knew I’d need a gentle reminder. Anyway, 10/10 would recommend. If you get weirdly happy seeing your tech spotless, this one’s for you.

Had a phone that wouldn't charged & I bought this to clean out the charging port and it worked really well. Perhaps I missed it, but you can't use the putty in a charging port (according to the instructions that come with the pack) so I only used the cleaning tools that came with it. It would be better if the listing stated much more clearly that the putty can't be used for charging ports etc. That being said, it worked and the phone now charges again. My only minor complaint is that the end of the "Stikki Pick" bends far too easily so I had to constantly had to straighten the end of it back up before using it again. I was hoping this would be made of much sturdier material. Package size was nice & small (it arrives in a very sleek looking metal tin), good value for money if you want something to quickly clean out ports etc. Just take your time with it as you don't want to damage the phone ports etc :).

Mon smartphone rencontrait des problèmes de charge, qui appartiennent désormais au passé grâce à ce kit de nettoyage. Après plusieurs réutilisations, rien n'a cassé et je n'ai pas forcément été très délicat. J'ai effectivement forcé un peu pour déloger la poussière incrustée, et ça a tenu. La pâte sert pour la finition, je trouve. Ce sont surtout les "outils de précision" (pour reprendre la description) qui ont guéri mon portable.
