When I was introduced to this product I figured it was just another menthol rub. Have had a bad knee for years and figured I had gotten to the point where I couldn't put off the replacement any longer. I was wrong. I hadn't had a good night's sleep in several days. Put this on and "slept like a baby". I only apply at bedtime and it works well the entire next day. The smell isn't overpowering, it goes on well, dries fast, and most importantly it keeps my pain better than tolerable. Granted I'll have to replace the knee one day, but not today!

I was about to return this as the item I wanted was supposed to arrive, but didn't. I had no choice but to give this a try as I was returning this. To my delight, I must admit it REALLY helped with by sciatica pain in the back 'regions.' This condition left me very stiff and sore and in a lot of pain. I was still stiff and sore, but it did really help with the pain making me a bit more mobile. A noticeable improvement. This is a keeper. So if I have another flare up, I'll reach for this.

Love this stuff! Does not burn like icy hot. Goes on cool and instantly starts relieving the back pain!

It does a pretty good job. The smell is a bit strong but it is a fine product.

I have been using this brand for 5+ years and I find it to be some of the only analgesic roll on that helps with pain at all. Menthol rubs, icy hot, bengay all do nothing for me. This stuff is strong, though, and it doesn't burn. I use it pretty much hourly whenever I'm on the go and I have them stashed everywhere: my car, my backpack, and every room in my house. They can get hot, store away for a year, accidentally get lost in a pool and they're still good as long as the cap stays on. I will keep buying these as long as they are on the market, but unfortunately I can't find this brand in stores so here I am on Amazon.

I know i will sound crazy, but I had surgery a year ago, and developed an itch on my arms, legs, back etc. I tried everything i could think of to stop it. I came across this product on my cupboard, I'd been using it on my ankle. I looked at it a minute and said, "what the heck". So I gave it a try and put it on all my itch areas. It worked!!!!!! I still occasionally get spells, so i keep it handy. This is great on aches and pains. It really helped on my knee and ankle when I got hurt. So I would say this is a multi purpose product. So I highly recommend it. Good luck!!
