★★★★★ Works Great for Pet Messes! I bought the BISSELL TurboClean PET Upright Carpet Cleaner and I’m really happy with it so far. It’s lightweight, easy to set up, and simple to use. It did a great job removing pet stains and odors after just one pass, which honestly surprised me. The tanks are easy to fill and empty, making cleanup quick and hassle-free. The only downside is the smaller tank size, so it’s better for spot cleaning or smaller areas rather than large rooms. Overall, it’s a great value and perfect for pet owners!

Left the carpet looking great! This cleaner was easy to put together within a couple of minutes. It holds quite a bit of water which is nice for larger rooms. It is easy to clean after use. The machine is not very heavy and easy to carry up stairs. It comes with the attachments for stairs and upholstery. The attachments come in a storage bag since they don't attach to the main part to store.

Was getting disgusted with my carpet but dreaded dragging my Kirby shampooer upstairs, which has always done a great job but it's heavy and clumsy and I've just been avoiding having to wrestle with it (this new machine was a breeze to carry up and down stairs). So I decided to try the Bissell, that I've been considering for a while - best decision I've made for a while. This thing is a workhorse, I know it's been at lest 4 years since i last cleaned my carpets and this thing did an amazing job. Others have mentioned how small the clean water tank and recovery tank are - yes, they are smaller than what I'm more familiar with, which just means they need to be refilled and drained more frequently, which is not a problem fo me personally - having a smaller capacity cuts down on the weight of the machine that you're pushing back and forth. Both tanks are so easy to remove to fill or empty, it's no problem, for me, that they're smaller. I did pre treat a couple of especially dirty spots but I'm not sure that was actually necessary. I'm really happy with how great my living room carpet looks now, can't wait to use it in the rest of the house. Haven't use the hose attachment on the stairs yet but it looks pretty simple and should connect way easier than my old machine. Oh, and drying time was much faster than I'm used to too - which seems like that must be a function of how well controlled the sprayer is, and how strong the suction is in extracting the cleaning solution back out of the carpet

Wow! What a great machine! First let me say, super easy to use, easy to put together and very light weight. 4 stars because the water tanks aren't very big so you have to refill and dump often, but the power this bad boy uses makes up for it. I vacuumed carpets before using the carpet cleaner and it still picked up hair and things that I guess my shark vacuum missed. The quality is a 5 star, and so is the out come. I haven't had my carpets cleaned in about 3 years " I know, gross", but now, I can clean them anytime. And I love the attachment as well. Very handy for furniture or small spots that need a quick scrub. My house smells so fresh. Such a great product for a very reasonable price. And no leaks. I bought this unit to maintain the area rugs in my condo that has all hardwood floors. I have three cats. I use the handheld Bissell carpet cleaner to spot clean their occasional vomit and hairballs. I bought this upright to do monthly deep cleans. I have limited storage space, which is why I got this very small unit, it fits right in my closet. I would not recommend it if you have built in high pile carpets. Not because it would do a poor job, it would just take a long time, the tanks are small. This unit cleaned well and the carpets dried quicker than I expected. If I had dogs or children, making smellier and bigger messes, I might have gone for a higher end steam unit, but for maintaining generally clean area rugs this is perfect. Amazon delivered the box in very poor condition, it was ripped and retaped shut. I was worried it was a returned unit, but it appeared to be all brand new once I opened the box, so I kept it. Bit of advice: When I’m done using it, I set the whole unit in a 13x9 sheet pan and let it run for a moment with the trigger held down. This cleans the brush roll in seconds and leaves the internal parts freshly washed.
