It’s not perfect. It takes a few times, but it is certainly a great tool to get you through between touch ups. It’s important to choose the right shade, too. Don’t expect a light color to cover as well as a dark one.I was professionally coloring my gray on medium blond hair, until I changed my mind about maintaining it. I had an appointment to go back to highlights instead of coloring, but life got in the way. This product has bridged the gap between faded color and mixed gray, so that I’ll continue to use it, exclusively. After a few haircuts, I’ll be in good shape.

Suppose to be blonde and it’s red kills the reason I bought it. It’s suppose to get rid of brassy color. Very disappointed.
