i was really satisfied with the power of the washer, really easy to use, the soap dispenser is really good, i use to wash my car, my house, the floor and the walls( i cleaned spots that would never go out) the hose has a perfect size and length, the washer has a perfect design and it covered more than i was exepecting

It's quite has plenty of pressure for what I use it for. Car wash, light stain removal on front walkway, light drive way stains and general cleaning of exterior walls. Has holders for the different nozzles and the power card but none for the hose. Switch feels really cheap there's no click or any noticeable feel of the switch engaging. I had the same issue with a previous power washer and the switch failed after only a few use. Had to by pass the switch to continue using hopefully it wont suffer the same failure. So far only used it 3 times will update on its longevity of the unit. Update 2/19/2020 After a few months a oil leak has developed and the motor is louder. Emailed and called the company no response kept emailing and calling for a few weeks no answer just a recording. The 3 year warranty is BS. If your unit breaks you are on your own. ZERO support for the product.

This power washer is very good. However, I noticed that just after a year, the power washer was not shutting off properly and would blow the internal circuit breaker, which would reset after a while. I sent an email to customer service explaining the problem, they sent me a new unit the same day. This company has great customer service and they stand by their products. I love this power washer!

PRO: - it's surprisingly powerful as an electric pressure washer - very quiet operation, shuts off when not in use, very efficient - long hose and cable allows easy access around corners of the car - nice accessories such as the foam spray - pressure hose inlet has built in dirt trap, and is made of metal CON: - pressure hose and cable management can be a pain, esp if they are tangled. A wheel reel would make life much easier - very heavy, not easy to lift and carry. You need to depend on the wheels for the most part to move around but it's a hassle with all the cables, hoses spreading all around - hose inlet is plastic, not very sturdy if pulled and broken. It's best not to wheel the unit around when car washing. - I was using a 15 degree nozzle, about 12" away, and my PAINT CAME RIGHT OFF. I assume most electric pressure washers are good for regular use, and when u do something heavy duty, like washing off the pavement, get real close with a 0 degree nozzle. I did not expect my paint to come off at this distance. The end of the nozzle is typically 2-3' away from the car, and there's one spot on the lower bumper when it has bunch of tar. I move in closer to about 12" and right away my paint came off in specks. I am probably an idiot though, and that lower spot of the bumper might have a thinner coat of paint/clear since it's high impact area from road debris. Still, a pressure washer for a couple hundred bucks is going to cost me close to a thousand for a repaint. I probably wont be using this on the ferrari UPDATE: After using this for about the 10th time, and about 5 months later, this unit is unable to hold pressure. It pumps and releases for about 15 times and then the pump will shut down to prevent overheating. You have to wait 10 min to cool off before it will go into the cycle to pressurizing. I contacted the Seller and got a response on the same day. They told me it has 3 year warranty and sent me a replacement unit in 2 days. I was initially disappointed with the reliability of the unit but now I am impressed with the customer service. Hopefully the 2nd unit holds up better this time.

Worked great for the first 3-4 times I used it over the summer. Stored it in the garage for the winter in Southern California and then tried to use it for spring cleaning. Unfortunately, when I turned it on it powered up for 1 second and then stopped working. There is power at the outlet and I reset the GFCI on the unit’s plug several times but nothing worked. Very cheaply made.

Got this a couple days ago, one day earlier than expected. Very happy so far. Unit is smaller than I thought, which is great for storage. I wanted something to wash the cars, clean the concrete on the front steps and clean the deck. So far so good. I really like that it is electric and I don't need to worry about gas and it still has the power to get the job done. Easy to pull out, plug in, do the job and then put away. Sadly the wife has seen it and now my chore list has grown. I am looking forward to using this more.

I replaced a gas version with the same PSI and this electric is NOT as strong. Yet the ease of assembly and use (buy a hose quick dis-connect for easier use) are sufficient for car washing,house siding and soffit's . I have my doubts on adding a flat surface attachment,but will re-review once I try.

I love my new power washer! It cleaned all the dirt & moss off my deck like a charm! Can’t wait to wash my car! Well worth the money! Great investment ! Renting one would have been $89 for 24 hours. For $199 I can use my new one any day of the week😅
