SONGMICS Set of 2 Metal Spice Racks, Stackable Expandable Shelf Risers

I ordered the white shelf. I got black. I was going to return it but then I realized it is perfect to give me more space over my battery backup and power station. It is extra nice for this setup because the shelves are perforated and let any heat generated freely rise off. It was pretty easy to put together and it looks sharp. I recommend it.

I purchased these shelves not for my kitchen, but because I wanted a data rack for my basement. I have a mini comuter, a network switch, and some external harddrives laying on my desk in a cluttered fashion. I wanted something to organize this mess and found it in these shelves. They are sturdy metal not cheap plastic. They were easy to assemble, the screws allow for stacking the shelves, and they are compact enough so not to take up a lot of real estate on my desk.Assembly took less than ten minutes, and I could fit all the devices I had laying on my desk. I still have cord management issues to deal with, but at least my network gear is off my desk surface. The shelves are of an open design so airflow is consistent to all of my network equipment. Considering how I'm utilizing these shelves, I expect several years of solid performance. I'm pleased with my purchase and recommend them, especially if you're looking to address a problem similar to mine.

Hard to assemble because you have to do it upright since the screws go in the top. The best way is to put it on its side. Also at least two screw holes were too tight and the screw would get stuck halfway in. I stuck my drill in there to widen the holes and finally got them to work. Worst comes to worst I might buy a nut to stabilize it on the other end. They're not the most sturdy, but they'll be fine. They're shelves and other than those small gripes they're as advertised. Just fine. They hold my stuff.

I used these for my gun safe. Put one on the bottom inside for an extra space to put magazines and ammo. Put the other outside on top for misc things like safety glasses gloves, and other accessories. Great quality and price. Easy to put together.

Great sturdy metal shelves. I would prefer aluminum so I can use them in my mini refrigerator without the concern of corrosion but they are painted so hopefully they will last. I do like their size and how much weight they can hold without sagging or bending. The issue so many reviewers spoke about with the screws not fitting into the smaller tiny hole happened only to one out of the eight. They did include an extra screw but unfortunately it didn't fit either. The other seven screws went in without a problem. I did end up muscling it almost completely in with the small Allen wrench since non of my other bits fit the hex size screw but the head stripped out in the process. The screw won't back out now either but it's in far enough that the slightly raised screw head is barely noticeable. Overall I am happy with this purchase.

I was thrilled to find a metal storage shelf for my kitchen cupboard. My excitement lasted until I received the package from Amazon and tried to put it together. It comes neatly packaged in a 13 1/2" x 9 1/2" box, I thought, hmmm, that's pretty cool how they shipped it. When I opened it and attempted to put it together the "fun" began. As other reviewers have indicated, they sent 8 small screws but I also got the tool to tighten them and remove them. The shelves themselves are beautiful, I bought the white and the little flower design is nice, it lets air circulate. Well, the bottom shelf screwed in pretty well, the screws are so short, the don't have much overlay, but they work. The top of the 2nd shelf was much worse, there were no threads in the shelf, so the little screws just fell right through and rested there, not good. But I thought, I am using this on the top shelf in my kitchen, so I won't be using it too often. Here's what I did to make it work: I went to the hardware store and bought a 6 pack bag of Flat Head Phillips Zinc #12 3/4 inch (I only needed 4, but they didn't have a bag with that quantity) with tax it cost me all of $1.36. I went home and just slip them through all 4 top holes in the top shelf, no screwing needed. Then I put the shelf right against the wall in the cupboard, so the wall supports it a lot. I put my supply of vitamins and supplements on the top shelf (the tallest bottles to take advantage of all the height I had), then in the middle shelf some more and the bottom portion some storage containers. The shelving system is NOT very stable, but you can make it work if you work around that. I wouldn't trust it to put heavy things on it, but it is perfect for light things. I really like it despite it's flaws.

These are a couple of mighty little shelves. I actually wanted them to help tame my collection of coffee mugs in my cupboard. They are the perfect size for that in that the mugs fit completely on the shelves, and they also fit completely underneath the shelves. I am using the shelves separately, but one does fit underneath the other, if that is what you need. They are very sturdy as they are all metal and the square bracket type legs make them very stable. I have to say that the packaging was an engineering marvel. Lol. Very efficiently packed in their very slim box. All parts were included and it was super easy to put together--or would have been had I even glanced at the directions. I ended up putting the shorter support bracket on what was meant to be the taller shelf. Easy enough to correct, but just a note to take a quick look at the directions. No fault of the manufacturer as every part is clearly labeled with a letter, but they can't help user error. These shelves are an incredible value and just what I was looking for to help me organize my cupboard. I'd buy them again in a heartbeat.

I used these in my clothing armoire for more space and the fact that they have the screw in legs made them more stable. I have ordered 3 sets and can definitely recommend them.

I like the quality of these metal shelves and the cutout pattern on the shelf. The screws were a little fiddly but once installed they were great. I used the shelves in a china cabinet to creat extra storage for a selection of mugs. I would purchase again.

Simple to see up and perfect at saving space.
