I started right off at two first thing with pre-workout and as soon as I caught my stride it literally felt like jet fuel. Been using the current pre for a while now and its almost as if it just turned it up a notch. Stronger afternoon workouts as well, I also have noticed that even after a busy day just two seems to turn even my lower stimulant pre into exactly whats needed to get the work done!

There hasn't been any new reviews for 3-4 years. This product contains only 50mg (10% of 500) of ARA per serving. You need to take 15-30 caps per serving to get the studied rec'd amount of mg which is 750-1500mg. Didn't realize this beforehand.

At 10% of 500mg per capsule, you need to choke down 16 to 20 caps per serving. That is the draw back, however the product does work very well at 800 to 1000mg per serving. I gave 5 stars because this product does work and the seller was excellent.

Dosage is too low for most weightlifters supplementation.

I use this product for bodybuilding. Im a hard gainer so this helps me break my plateaus. After 3 days i could feel the inflamation. You feel the good soreness after working out. Wjen u cycle off it goes away in a couple days.

I think that the packaging labeling of this product is deceptive. The studies involving Arasyn arachidonic acid have used 1500mg of arachidonic acid. This product provides 500mg per capsule of 10% arachidonic acid powder, or 50mg arachidonic acid per capsule. A customer is led to believe that he is buying 500mg of arachidonic acid per capsule, when he is buying only 10% of that amount. To reach 1500mg used in the studies would require 30 capsules of this product. Other products, like Molecular Nutrition X-Factor are labeled with the arachidonic acid mass, not the mass of the compound. This product should properly be labeled as 50mg capsules.I don't plan on buying this product again, as a result. While the product is accurately labeled, the customer must read it with a high level of scrutiny.
