The camera quality is good, the set up is quick, the screen is intuitive and easy to use. The small features also make a difference, like temperature, rather than it just being a normal camera this makes it feel like a baby monitor. The only downside I noticed is a little bit of lag at times but for the price the connection is almost always stable. It could also be the location where I was testing in my house. Sound quality is also very good for two way communication if you need that. Overall I recommend this camera. Good quality and a good price point for this type of product if you have been shopping around. Quality: Overall the quality is very good as you can see from the video. The video at night is just as good as during the day which is extremely useful for looking after a baby. Quality of the screen and overall physical quality is decent, I dropped it once while testing and the screen didn’t break. Seems like it will last a long time indoors. Ease of use: Very straight forward if you are used to using simple technology. No connection problems at all for me and easy to use as soon as it’s set up. Connection: Speaking of connection it’s very important to know that your could safe, and lag isn’t the best. Sometimes, there is some lag so it’s just something to note depending on where you are placing the camera and your internet connection will vary.

This is a nice baby camera. Good quality picture, easy to use and setup. Looks nice in our nursery. I like that is has both a video monitor and phone app. Some downsides: - it was confusing to set up the SD card, I kept thinking it wasn't working as the monitor told me that no SD card was detected and then I realised the monitor had its own slot for an SD card, which is what it is referring to. Recording and taking pictures etc. through the monitor requires its own SD card but the SD card in the camera itself is related to the phone app and records events and history that can be viewed on the phone app. Overall, this seems overly complicated and disconnected. - the phone app is a bit buggy, sometimes it takes a while for the history to load.

I have quite a few different cameras from this company can’t say a bad word and this one slots in lovely, to give me piece of mind for when our granddaughters comes to stay. Poor battery. Always needs charging. I have to turn it off at night now because the monitor wont stop beaping about having me get a $90 year warranty that i dont want. It wont go away either and theres no way to get the beaping to go away. Basically trying to force me to buy it. Also will not connect to a different kind of wifi. Very frustrating!!!!!

ieGeek has left me fascinated... I learned about the brand through a recommendation from a doctor friend who uses it with her baby. I've had ieGeek for about four months, and one morning the baby monitor stopped working. I contacted the company since they offer a 2-year warranty, and they responded the same day. We exchanged emails, I explained the problem, and they told me they would replace the monitor. And they did! Two days ago I received my new monitor, so they are a reliable and responsible brand. I would choose them again. It's worth noting that there are many other popular brands with various features, but ieGeek is the most complete, as it offers all those features in a single product. For example, it has motion detection, cry detection, music, 4K video, and other brands have lower quality. It has two-way communication between the baby and the mother, and a very important function: you can designate several areas as dangerous through their application, which alerts you if the baby gets close. In short, there are so many qualities that make you want to choose ieGeek. Other brands only have some of these features, but ieGeek has them all together, and that makes it special among other brands. Besides, they are very responsible with their warranty.

It works very well for the basic functions. I haven’t tried out all the functions, but noise alert is unusable. It doesn’t get a higher rating from me because the information provided for use is sparse and not all of what is provided is accurate. Had to turn noise alerts off because I was getting high decibel level alerts from quiet conversation in the room. “PTZ” control isn’t PTZ, just pan and tilt. Support not easy to get. Also, understand that the device you keep with you has a battery. The device that stays with the baby does not and has to be plugged in all the time when in use.

We lost our monitor some time ago. I contacted ieGeek in case they could sell me the monitor on it's own, I did not want to buy the whole set again. You can use it with wifi too, but when you travel that is not ideal. I was surprised when they told me they would send a new monitor completely for FREE. If that is their customer care, I am all for it!! I would really recommend this brand that helps their customers so much. They had no obligation to provide it for free, but I appreciate it very much. The monitor is working perfectly fine!

Ho regalato questa telecamera baby monitor a una coppia di amici neogenitori e ormai la considerano un membro della famiglia! Grazie alla visione a 350°, all’inclinazione di 60° e allo zoom 4x, riescono a tenere d’occhio ogni angolino della cameretta senza muoversi dal divano — o meglio, senza interrompere il raro momento di relax post-poppata. La funzione di auto-tracking è la ciliegina sulla torta: la telecamera segue il piccolo in ogni movimento, come un piccolo regista invisibile che non si perde neanche uno sbadiglio o un sorriso assonnato. Il montaggio è stato semplicissimo e la qualità dell’immagine sorprende davvero — chiara, fluida e con un campo visivo perfetto anche al buio. I miei amici mi hanno detto che da quando la usano si sentono molto più tranquilli, e io non posso che essere felice del regalo. In pratica, è come avere un angelo custode tecnologico sempre di guardia… solo che questo non si stanca mai e non chiede pause caffè!

Après plusieurs semaines d’utilisation, voici mon retour : 🟢 Image nette : la résolution 2K permet de bien distinguer les détails, même dans la pénombre avec la vision nocturne. 🟢 Audio clair : je peux entendre mon bébé facilement, et le micro est sensible sans trop capter les bruits de fond. 🟢 Installation simple : la caméra et le moniteur se configurent rapidement, même sans connaissances techniques particulières. 🟢 Fonction “deux voies” pratique : je peux parler à mon bébé depuis le moniteur pour le rassurer. 🟢 Bonne portée : le signal reste stable dans toute la maison, y compris à l’étage. 🟢 Caméra orientable : facile de changer l’angle pour suivre les mouvements du bébé. * L’application mobile pourrait être améliorée, certaines options ne sont pas intuitives. --- En résumé, ce moniteur offre une surveillance fiable et claire grâce à la 2K et l’audio bidirectionnel. Très pratique pour les parents qui veulent garder un œil et une oreille sur leur bébé sans être dans la même pièce.

Perfetto funziona bene

Mi aspettavo una visione ampia, un audio chiaro e soprattutto un buon livello di affidabilità durante la notte. Devo dire che, nel complesso, questo dispositivo ha soddisfatto gran parte delle mie aspettative, pur con qualche piccolo margine di miglioramento. La cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che l'inclinazione sull'asse orizzontale in pratica non ha nessun grado negativo. I 60 gradi sono praticamente tutti ad inclinazione positiva. Va necessariamente posizionata sull'orizzonte e questo può essere un problema se ci sono animali in casa. Da qui la domanda: considerando la destinazione d'uso che senso ha arrivare ad inquadrare un soffitto? Il setup è molto semplice e dura un minuto, con l'indicazione vocale in lingua italiana. Fin dal primo utilizzo ho potuto rilevare una definizione dell’immagine molto buona. La risoluzione 2K offre un dettaglio superiore rispetto a molti monitor della stessa fascia di prezzo. Anche in modalità notturna la visibilità resta limpida: si distinguono bene i lineamenti del bambino e ogni movimento è facilmente riconoscibile. Il sistema a visione completa, con una panoramica di 350° e un’inclinazione di 60°, è uno dei punti forti, salvo però considerare che sarà da posizionare non troppo in alto oppure lontano per sfruttare l'immagine panoramica. Muovendo la telecamera da remoto riesco a scrutare ogni punto della stanza, e lo zoom 4x permette di concentrarsi su dettagli che normalmente andrebbero persi. Nel complesso, la sensazione è di un sistema intelligente che riesce davvero a fare il suo lavoro in autonomia. Da aggiungere l'utile funzione del rilevamento del pianto con avviso. E' presente anche un pulsante sul corpo della telecamera che fa effettuare una chiamata e attivazione app sullo smartphone associato. Dal punto di vista audio, la qualità è nella media. Il suono è pulito, senza disturbi o ritardi fastidiosi. La funzione di comunicazione bidirezionale è molto comoda: posso tranquillizzare il bambino con la mia voce o richiamare la sua attenzione anche a distanza, e lui mi sente chiaramente. Un dettaglio che non tutti i baby monitor gestiscono così bene. Bene a livello estetico. Il design riprende un gatto. Non ho notato cali di segnale né disconnessioni durante l'uso, anche spostandomi in stanze distanti. In sintesi, considero questo baby Monitor una scelta molto valida per chi desidera un controllo completo e flessibile del proprio bambino. Offre una qualità video molto buona, audio chiaro e prestazioni affidabili. L’app meriterebbe qualche aggiornamento per rendere l’esperienza ancora più fluida, ma resta comunque un prodotto che trasmette sicurezza e tranquillità. Non mi soffermo sull'offerta cloud ormai presente in tutte le app di telecamere. Naturalmente anche se un baby monitor può essere comunque utilizzata come telecamera di sorveglianza, anche se vengono meno alcune funzione dell'app.
