Too easy and healthy!
This is just so easy. Pre-heat pan, grab spray oil off back of stove, spray pan and done and done. Highly recommend. Have gone through several containers over the years and never had a sprayer fail and never had a problem with eggs sticking to pan. :)

Great on popcorn!
We believe that pure avocado oil is much better for you than butter or "butter flavor" chemicals on popcorn. And, it tastes great! We use an air-popper with a quarter cup of kernels, 1/4 tsp of fine popcorn salt, and 15 to 20 spritzes of avocado oil. We (1) pop the corn into a large (8.1 qt) Sterilite bowl with a lid, (2) salt, (3) shake, (4) spritz, (5) shake. We thought of oiling it first, but felt that the salt might then clump to the oil on the top layer of popped corn and would not distribute with subsequent shaking.
