Doesn't come with a British plug
I have no idea if the product actually works because the item delivered doesn't come with a British plug. This is not stated in the description. Had i read the reviews I would have known, however I have owned the same ones before (that came with a British plug) so i knew these ones would have been suitable.

Item received is not appropriate for a UK resident.
I will be returning this item. It had a European 2 PIN plug with the straighteners, rather than a UK 3 PIN plug, so I cannot use it.

It’s a good product, can control the temperature from as low as 150 to high as 200. The plates are coated to prevent hair damage. Really good.

Doble voltaje para México y Europa.
Enviaron desde Alemania hasta México sin costo extra por Amazon prime. Es doble voltaje que es lo que estaba buscando. Funciona muy bien, pero en la descripción indica que envían adaptador para enchufes de México y no fue así. Compré uno aquí mismo en Amazon por 50 pesos y funcionó perfecto.
