How does the spray clear the pressure in the ears? I have "glue ear." How does this spray clear that fluid and open the the tubes?

Having been in the medical industry for most of my professional life, I know this product is very different from other saline products. It must have a unique formula with the combination of the salt and pH levels that helps with my clogged ears, and the sinus issues of my relatives. I swear by this product as it works fast and I like the fact that it is all natural and preservative-free. I carry the bottle with me all the time.
