Instruction is easy to follow and took less than 1 hour to assembly, it is very sturdy and overall quality is good, functions well and for all my need!

We chose this one because it looked better than the others, which reflected in the price. It didn’t go together properly. Machining of pieces are not accurate which didn’t allow the arm to move properly. Then a weld broke on the main extension tube on the second day of use. Now it is pieces. My son is the only one who used it, he is 13. We have messaged seller. Will Updated upon response.

Filled the base with water instead of sand since that seemed easier to deal with if I ever need to move it took about 20 minutes with a hose and it’s solid. Speed balls rebound fast, almost too fast at first, took some getting used to timing the hits right. The spinning bar for dodging is actually harder than it looks and humbled me pretty quick trying it myself. Noise level is way lower than I expected from something with springs and moving parts, doesn’t sound cheap or rattly when getting hit. Been about one month and now morning routine before job somehow turned into 10 minutes on this thing.

Speed bag part is cheap, broke 1st session. Reflex bag to high to accurately strike
