Easy to read the screen. Bought it for an elderly relative who has no problem reading the screen or keypad. Sound is decent if not perfect. Connected to his Ooma with no issues for service.

I got this phone as a replacement for an old Panasonic phone. Its functionality and design are greatly improved. It was easy to set up. The sound is great. I love its special features - call waiting, blocking unwanted calls, phonebook, and the option to adjust the sound volume. Setting up the primary phone automatically sets up the secondary phone with identical features. The intercom allows calling people in other parts of the house. No more running upstairs or hollering. We love it! I'm glad I bought an updated version of a similar Panasonic phone that served us well for many years.

Out of box review so can't provide long term, but that said, have used panasonic cordless phones for years without issue. So far this one has been great as expected. Just to see how long the included rechargeable batteries stand up

Happy with the phone system, I bought it as a replacement for an older AT&T set that was having some issues. My basic needs are met with ringer and sound quality. My only complaint so far is that the handsets do not stand upright unless they are in their base. As I'm going through my day I carry the phone around with me while I'm doing things around the house and it has to lay on its back without the base, which means I can't see the screen with caller ID without walking over and picking it up each time. I guess my old cordless system spoiled me because the handsets could stand on their own with a flat bottom and I could glimpse the screen from across the room!

Muy mala compra, no trae las baterias y en la descripción dice que vienen incluidas Amazon no me habilita para devolución dice que debo ver eso con Panasonic y ellos no responden. No lo compren no lo recomiendo pues sin baterías no sirven. Dinero perdido.

Tengo años usando estos teléfonos! Son exelentes. Fácil de usar, la batería dura bastante fuera de la base, buena recepción

Long time customer of Panasonic phones, I gave some away when we using only cells. Adding phone lines and use these cordless for backup phone service.

No headphone jack but there is a photo on the listing showing a guy with a head set. I guess it’s the telemarketer that you can block but all six of my other Panasonic hand sets have the jack. Granted probably last generation but for a loud environment not working. Sending it back.
