my 6 year old son made me write this review
i came on amazon to review a different product i had purchased for myself, but when scrolling through my 'unreviewed item' list my 2nd born saw the squid my husband bought him and had a fit. "WHAT? WHY IS THERE NO STARS? ITS THE BESTEST SQUID EVER THOSE PEOPLE ARE SO DUMB TO NOT SEE HOW RARE HE IS." after explaining to him how reviews work, and how this toy had no stars just from me, he begged me to give it all the stars i could. i asked him various questions about durability, softness, cool factor, size, ect. he says it's sewn better than a lot of his other stuffed animals and never rips no matter how much he's playing with it, doesn't have holes, ect. says it's super soft and super fun to play with. loves how big it is because he likes to pretend he's sleeping underwater with it. he's big on stuffed animals and loves 'creatures'... that is, anything like bugs, fish, reptiles, ect. it's a great plush for the price point, and it is pretty durable, i've seen some of the games he plays with it and i gotta say, my kid really puts this thing to the test lol.

Soft, high quality, and big!
I wasn't sure what to expect when ordering this. My 3 year old was requesting a giant squid for Christmas and after looking at a few options, picked this one after reading reviews. I have to say -- it's the perfect stuffy squid. It's cuddly, has a little cute beak, and is incredibly soft. If you're unsure about which stuffed squid to get - you can't go wrong with this one for the price. The quality is fantastic and any sea creature obsessed child would love to cuddle this.

Love it!
This was such a great find! My squid loving kid is going to be so happy about this! The material is super soft and has a nice shine to it. My child has the IKEA Yellow octopus, and this squid compliment each other well. Only con is the color is a bit duller than they advertised in the photos with its vibrant rust tone which is what drew me to this item but overall it is really nice.
