Are these plastic or stainless steel balls?

Clear replacement ball is plastic, others are stainless steel replacement balls. You can confirm it at the detail page.

Will these work for nose rings?

I have them on a septum ring but they'd work on labrets too. Like lip bars or high nostril piercings. Anything with a 16g screw tip really.
