This is a nice neck heating pad, oh my gosh is it nice. I`m a side sleeper and for quite a few months now, I wake with the pain and stiffness in my neck and shoulders. This seems to ease some pain especially before bedtime. It`s rabbit fur soft,(but no rabbits were injured in the making of this product,HA HA). It has a small magnet to keep closed,but I find that if you are moving around just a little bit,like working on the computer, that it doesn`t stay closed very well. It kind of stays closed when your sitting still. I wasn`t sure if I`d like the pad being weighted, but I do like it weight. The first time I tried it,I tried it on the highest settling and yeah, my neck started to sweat, then the second time, it seemed to be ok. Not sure if my pillow is taking all the heat or what is going on,but it didn`t seem too hot(even on the highest setting). Yes, I recommend it.

I have worked at an office desk for 8 years & suffer from chronic neck & shoulder pain & a bulging disk. The regular heating pads don’t fit right on my neck & shoulders, but this one does the trick perfectly! The highest setting doesn’t get quite as hot as I’d like for it to (for safety reasons) but it still works wonders & I use it several times a week! Great quality & very soft material.

excellent, I did prefer the previous model which to me was slightly smaller but I've had good luck with the brand, does shut off so I don't worry, heat levels seem accurate. I don't think this is 'moist heating' at all - I have that at the physical therapist this is very consistent heating, good levels to choose. Like all heat pads, be careful on the hottest setting, I never use that just seems too hot. Gave 4 stars because this is my 3rd time buying, just seems like these are terrific but last maybe a year or two, then I re-purchase. Great deal but have to knock a star off since they do stop working eventually.

Great product. Fits pefectly around my neck and upper back/shoulder and sufficently heats my sternocleidomastoid muscle and upper trapezius muscle. No adjustments need once set in place. The weight and magnets hold the heat pad in place to direct the heat to the intended muscles.

So sad! I have one of these from years ago and thought it was going out so purchased another! This is my favorite heating pad I have. Well this new one hardly got hot! On high it was about a level 2 on my old one or I sent back and got another to try. It was the same way so sent it back too. I tried calling the company and talking to them but got hung up on so this second one was also returned! If you purchase I hope you get one that actually gets hot! Very disappointing!
