A Great Pasta Option for Low Carb Diets
These Konjac Shirataki Noodles are an excellent choice for those seeking a low-carb, keto, and paleo-friendly pasta alternative. A generous 52.8 ounces offers great value and plenty of servings for anyone on a health-conscious diet. These noodles are made from konjac root, which makes them incredibly low in calories and carbohydrates. The texture is chewy and slightly gelatinous, and provides a satisfying bite that holds up well in various dishes. They absorb sauces effectively, making them versatile for a range of recipes from stir-fries to soups.Overall, it is a smart option for anyone looking to enjoy pasta without the carbs. It’s a reliable pantry staple for keto and paleo followers and anyone aiming for healthier eating without giving up comfort food. I would definitely recommend giving this product a try if you want a guilt-free pasta experience.

Very good. Love these

Excellent
Delicious and great for managing weight. I usually put some tomato sauce, can of tuna and love it that way.

Surprisingly good!
I have been buying these noodles for about two months. I like eating the light Progresso soup for lunch and putting a pack of these noodles in with it. Since they are almost no calories, they add a lot of bulk to a light soup while maintaining the low calories. They kind of are the texture of ramen noodles but they have no flavor on their own. It's good if you let them sit in the soup a little bit to absorb some flavor.I'm experimenting with them in other ways, such as with spaghetti sauce. They are good as spaghetti but make sure you rinse the noodles off and dry them before putting sauce on them. I hear they're good in stir fry and I look forward to trying that. They are a little expensive but not too bad.

Excellent, just a bit pricey is all…
Just tried these. Not like other konjac noodles. No foul smell. Taste just like normal rice noodles when rinsed for a minute and fried. Very minimal rubbery texture however. Did not effect my enjoyment once chicken, pepper and garlic salt added. I’m diabetic and zero effect on insulin my requirement. Can’t say enough. Pricey unfortunately. Great if you can afford it.
