Excellant
Almost tastes as good as the homemade Soupy made in the late fall in Fallriver Ma. Very good product

Fantastic
If youโre used to the standard store-bought cured meats, this will be really nice boost. This style is a little fattier than standard salami etc but amazing flavor.

Ordered 2x and arrived spoiled (Mushy layer consistent on both orders)
The 1st time I received it I opened it and began to slice it when I noticed it had a mushy and smelly layer. Should have noticed before tainting my precious knife!!! Thinking it was just a one-time issue I ordered it again and the same thing except this time I didn't open it and waited to confirm my refund before tossing it in the trash. Not even something I would feed to wild animals (even rats)

It's not hot, but it's decent dry sausage
I'll be the first to say that heat tolerance varies by individual, and most people over thirty know where they lie on that spectrum. I like hot, but not the insane hot that lacks any kind of taste. This sausage didn't even register for me. It's like when you order Thai or Indian and they ask how hot you want it, and you confidently say 5, even if you've never been to that restaurant before. When the food eventually comes to your table, you're disappointed to find that the heat is closer to a three than what you expected. This sausage is that Thai restaurant. Same thing, just a different food. The sausage itself? It's okay. I'm not faulting the sausage, just the heat that's supposed to be inside. <sigh> 4/5* for the sausage only, not the heat

Just what your looking for
This is the perfect old world taste and texture. The spice is just perfect, not too hot, but just a little bite. I sent one to a friend of mine that is deep into Italian quisine and it is very dry and firms, slices thin. Just wonderful.

Not bad but not hot/spicy
The product is good but tastes more like a mild salami than a hot soppressata as labeled. If you are looking for something spicy, this isnโt what youโre looking for.
