Cheap system
Dear Ninja Customer Care Team, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the Ninja NC710 ice cream maker I purchased via Amazon Dubai. I received a 120V device, which is completely incompatible with Dubai’s 220–240V electricity. When I plugged in the device, it exploded immediately, releasing a burning smell. This incident caused me extreme stress, especially as I have a pre-existing heart condition. I am currently taking medication (Poxicad 20, Axabin 20, and Fluoxetine 20), and this dangerous product has severely affected my health and well-being. This is completely unacceptable. I demand that Ninja immediately arrange for the collection of this unsafe device, investigate why it was sent to Dubai, and provide a full explanation and resolution. I reserve the right to take further legal action if this situation is not resolved promptly, as the company’s negligence has put my life and health at serious risk. I expect urgent response. Exploded
As soon as i plugged it in and turned on the machine, it exploded and started smoking, i love the idea i love the brand but maybe a deficiency in the product? I asked for a return but lost the box myself so i cant blame them if they don't accept my return.

Defective
It took a very long time to arrive just to work for like 10 min . Switched off never turned back on again I love the idea but the product doesn’t meet the expectation which is a shame !

Do not buy it. It exploded the capacitor and now I have an ice cream maker that does not work and just for the heads up it’s brand new I just got it

Awful. The appliance burst into flames on first use. It was my son's present. He was so upset. Amazon won't take responsibility as over 30 days. Shark USA won't take responsibility as we are in UAE shark uae won't take responsibility as they don't sell it. I have to go down the consumer protection route. Disgraceful service all round
