I got exactly what I asked for and it look like quality

The "Dremenester Derma Roller Microneedling Roller with 540 Microneedle" came in a nice box with a case to store the product. Microneedling uses rollers covered in mini needles to pierce the outer layour of skin to induce the production of collagen in the skin. It is use by both men (for beard growth) and women (as part of their beauty regime). The product is a bit plasticky. There is no indication on the material of the needle. The box indicated these are 0.5mm needles. Some high end have titanium while decent ones have stainless steel. Could not figure out the material of the needle and hence you need to watch out for any rust, if this is just metal! Due to this unknow issue, which could affect your face, I am downgrading this to a 3 star.

Yes I am a patient with the pacemaker and the defibrillator I have a high frequency machine but I can't use it due to the pacemaker so I got this stimulating comb brush and my God I'm in heaven it feels so good to have my scalp stimulated I recommend this I give it a 10 if you can't use electricity so work.

started with .25mm then .50mm, and the most I can tolerate is 1mm due to pain. But every 10 to 14 days now for three months and I am seeing results, good improvements on my face, and I am just starting to see results on my hair. I read it takes a good 6 months before noticeable good results, so I'm not stopping, I am probably going to pull back to twice a month and keep going at least a year and then once per month after.
