Of all the Magnesiums out there...it is well known Magnesium Oxide is the cheapest and most poorly absorbed one available!?

Absolutely superior! Will be sticking with this one!
SUPERIOR! I found this to be superior to magnesium glycinate. I had inadvertently caused low magnesium due to taking high-dose vitamin D for several months. I needed to restore my magnesium levels, which takes time. I was diligently taking magnesium glycinate and it was working, but I read that sucrosomial magnesium is shown in studies to replenish red blood cell magnesium faster so I ordered this one and I did feel quite a difference in that my low magnesium symptoms started improving much faster on this sucrosomial magnesium than on the magnesium glycinate.
