No definite no for dishwasher Cleans really easily.

Q: Is it 100% ceramic made or just ceramic coated?

Hello, As far as I can find out, the pan is made from Cast Aluminium with a Granite Non-Stick coating. I'm very impressed indeed with these pans. So far, I've not managed to have anything stick to my pan which makes a real change with some foods. Hope this helps. James.

Q: Can this pan be used on an electric hob

If by electric you mean induction then yes. It would work on a normal heated element anyway, but induction is the only one you have to get compatible pans for.
