The taste is terrible, but the benefits out weighs the taste. I've had digestive problems for years. My husband could hear my stomach across the room and would ask if I was okay. It's changed how I feel in 2 days. Great stuff!

I heard really great things about this probiotic/pre/postbiotic and I I’m so happy I came across this! I was feeling unwell lately going through perimenopause and mold exposure in my home and was looking for something with streptococcus thermophilus that helps rid your body of mold. The first day I took it, WHAM! It was the best “I gotta use the restroom” feeling, and really felt great afterwards with great energy for the rest of the day, my hormonal acne seems like it’s already clearing after just 24 hours!!! It does not taste bad at all! Worth every penny & the ingredients are powerfully wonderful! I love that you can take it on an empty stomach (which it advises to). And it says to swish in your mouth for a bit to help your oral microbiome! I always have a strange dry mouth from an auto immune disorder, and already feels better! Highly recommend this stuff!

I was diagnosed with G.E.R.D many years ago. If you don't know what G.E.R.D is then you are lucky. Gastric Esophageal Reflux Disease is basically Acid reflux on steroids. I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I suffered from this and after being diagnosed I had to change my diet. I ate a lot of salad and I had to eat hours before going to bed and I had to cut out pizza and anything that other people just eat because they want to. The thing is even after changing my diet so extreme, every now and then I would get bouts of acid reflux! So I tried the medcline pillow and if you thought changing my diet was tough. Try sleeping on this pillow. It's huge! and I woke up with even worse back pain than I normally have! I spent $250 for a pillow I can throw in the trash. Now don't get me wrong I tired it and used it for many months but yep you guessed it. Acid reflux! How am I having this issue still? I'm eating like a rabbit and I'm inclining in my sleep? So I'm desperate because when you wake up with acid reflux. It doesn't go away. You lay back down and it comes back up the second you relax and you might as well say, no sleep for me tonight. I tell you all of that to tell you this. I saw an ad on Tik Tok for this stuff and this guy says, " This isn't made to stop your acid reflux but people reviewing it say they are being cured of acid reflux or chronic episodes of G.E.R.D." At first I was thinking, no way is that possible but in the back of my mind I'm like, what if it does? I looked at the price and I'm thinking well if it works I'm saved if it doesn't I'm out $50. I bought a pillow way more expensive then that so let's give it a shot. I am happy to say it has stopped the acid reflux issues and I sleep on a normal set of pillows. I will be 100% honest I had one bout of acid reflux since taking this. I may have over eaten that night or ate too late or something but in my opinion. This item has cured me and has done better quicker than anything else I have ever tried to rid me of G.E.R.D, I'm not a doctor, I'm not a paid person by the maker of this product. I'm just a guy that had a serious issue and I believe that this product is the cure for my acid reflux / G.E.R.D. If my review makes another person with this issue take a chance and try it then I have helped someone else and that is all I wanted. The taste is pretty rough the first few times. It's like an apple cider vinegar ( that's my best comparison as far as what to expect ) when you try it. I have to say it took a few days to get use to it but I take it every morning, first thing, before anything else and I don't chase it or mix it with anything. I want the full effectiveness of it without dilution so I take a shot of it and I wait a few minutes and I start taking my daily vitamins. This product has saved me and I buy it monthly.

I began taking it straight and sharing with my mom who says it tastes a little like whiskey. But started adding it with a small amount of water when I added in the tart tasting mineral complex. Has normalized my bathroom rituals some and it has only been 2 weeks

Has been working great and has helped me with bloating. Some people said it was bitter and they didn’t like the flavor but it reminds me of kombucha. I wish the bottle was bigger or the price has a little more affordable as it goes by fairly fast but it’s totally worth it.

I’ve been on omeprazole for over 20 years and was trying to find something to get away from that but needed it because I have horrible Gerd With some great reviews, I tried it And I have purchased probably close to $200 in the last month of snake oil remedies. This was my last hope. Ordered on Amazon was delivered 8 o’clock at night took my 1st tablespoon. But I will say the taste is horrible, butSlept through the night got up the next morning took another tablespoon. I am completely off my omeprazole no acid problems. This will be my go to putting it in my auto ship. Thank you 😊
