Very good pain relief and works very well. I think it is the best pain relief I’ve ever used. I have a packet for every month now. Easy to swallow with a little water.

Best pain relief for painful period

Very effective painkillers. Bought at a good price while on offer.

They kill the pain but because they’ve got caffeine in them I can’t take them. Didn’t notice it was in there until I was lying awake still three hours after my bedtime. Makes no sense at all, stomach cramps as painful as a lot of women get them are terrible to try and sleep, so the fact that these are full of caffeine are completely counterproductive in getting a good nights sleep. Thankfully I only had to use these while Feminax were out of stock and I have now stocked up on these. Anyone sensitive to caffeine or wanting a good night sleep I suggest avoiding these completely. Getting rid of the pain is one thing but getting barely any sleep because of the caffeine in them is another thing entirely. Ok to take during the day but pointless at night. Don’t take them and the cramps keep you awake, or take them for a pain free night but lie awake all night because of the caffeine
