Don't work for my car.

I thought this was going to be perfect for my car and was for two months. On a hot July day the glue that holds the stitched material to the cup holder let go. Since it was one month out of warranty I re-glued it with a proper glue. What a pain in the butt. I am still using it. Also be advised the cup holders are only 2 1/2 inches deep which makes the use of taller cups precarious.

My disclaimer is that my car is 21 years old! I bought it new and the cup holders were not good then when cups from the store and from home were smaller back then. You cannot get the cup out without putting the gear shift in drive or put the cup back in! So they are useless for cups. I finally decided I was going to fix this. I had found a bottle that fit perfectly in the existing cup holders but my new dishwasher melted that bottle! So I tried to find another on the would fit - to no avail. So I gave up and looked for after market cup holders. I looked and looked and looked some more. I decided on this one - in black. I read all the reviews and thought this would be the best fit me - and it is! I also do have to be honest and say that I hardly ever have passengers in my car. But if I do, I can just move this holder. It stays in place! No slipping while driving around corners or sharp turns. No sliding if I bump it with something else that I am trying to put in that same seat. Plus, it can hold a phone etc, in the middle part. I have tried all kinds of heavy insulated bottles to just soft drinks from the drive thru and it held all of them without spilling! The bottle did move around in the holder but never fell out. It is so life changing that it feels like I have a new car! I highly recommend this holder.
