The fountain paint faded and ran almost immediately. The wiring is a mess as well. Not a good value

It is a beautiful fountain, but the drain hole is plugged by a plastic screw which is very hard to open and close. Within a year, the screw has stripped and I can no longer open the drain hole, which makes the fountain impossible to clean. There is a slow leak from the drain hole plug, so I have to refill the fountain twice everyday. Today, there is a bigger leak and I have had to fill the fountain 4-5 times in the last 3 hours - a lot of birds and squirrels have come to depend on the fountain, so I don’t want to turn it off when we are in the midst of the hottest & driest summer on record.
