Beautiful knives, very good quality. Not the absolute best Cuisinart knives, but great value for the money. The butcher's block is gray, which is rare, but perfectly matches my decor. The butcher's block is also more narrow than most similar products with the same number of knives.As a bonus, there is a medium sized serrated knife; which isn't present in many similar products from different companies. It comes in very handy for cutting bread, tomatoes, oranges, etc. Very happy with the purchase.

IF I could leave a ZERO star review I would. They sent me a USED set of knives...disgusting, with food residue on them and the knife block all warn and with stuff spilled on the side. I purchased it in April ahead of a move to a new home in August and it never occurred to me to need to open it up and examine it....why would you need to look at a supposedly new knife set....but now the company says too bad. Past the return date. JADA Lifestyles are dishonest business people that I would warn EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM!!!

Most knifes are made well and have a good feel except for the steak knifes which look and feel cheap. I am keeping the set, but replacing the steak knifes.
