I am not sure if it's my imagination but since starting these i feel much more focused and awake without the feeling of caffeine jitteriness. I take it at night and sleep fine. But some tell me it keeps them awake and they take it in the morning. Been feeling great since I started adding this to my regimen. Ordered another 2 bottles while on sale. Couldn't recommend these more. NMNH makes more sense than simply taking NAD. Why inject something your body can produce naturally. NMNH helps you produce NAD and it seems to be working great.

I regret that I paid for it, I was using a different brand it was good, I started to take this capsules & started to feel a pain in my head & looks something moving inside my head I stopped using it, I will trash it

I’ve tried many supplements, I consider myself kind of a guinea pig with them but I do have some nutritional knowledge with the ingredients in this supplement too. This product really does work. After only three days I feel more energized, focused with a better ability to concentrate. I’ll give a better review in a few weeks but so far I like the results.
