I have been taking moringa for a couple months. So far so good. I take it 2xs a day.

Recommended by doc but it leaves a nasty taste in my mouth a bit on the large size

These moringa capsules are an easy-to-take supplement, offering potential benefits for increasing energy, better gut health, improved mood, etc. Having paired these with other supplements and behavioral changes, it's hard to say if they are the root cause of these effects, or are simply enhancing the overall lifestyle change, but I'm going to give them some time to blend into my daily routine. These are very affordable compared to similar products. My only lingering question is the true origin of the product, despite the claim of being “third party lab tested in U.S.A". I kind of feel like that's a way of glossing over where these are actually manufactured.

This didn't not work for me. It was supposed to relieve shoulder pain. Now both of my shoulders hurt
