Some assembly required. Installed on an upper mezzanine in my garage. Used it to hoist tires mounted on rims from a truck and mid-size vehicle. Good build quality. Worked well for me. The only problem I see developing in the future will be the screw lever that is supposed to secure the boom from swinging from side to side. This is the weak link. With repeated use the threads will eventually strip out. Still, a nice hoist if the motor keeps working.

Very ruggedly built. Two very large roller bearings for rotation. Huge winch motor and gearbox. Easy assembly by hand. One quarter inch cable. Very nice paint job. Long control cable and power cord. Very adjustable up and down angle and 3 position horizontal extension. Well labeled for weight lifting at different positions. Operates very smoothly. An amazing jib crane for 595 dollars and free shipping too!

Arrived on time, packaged well and easy to assemble. Supplier should add the hole sizes for the base plate , so you can purchase the right size of anchors.

This is probably one of the best deals I have gotten on Amazon I think although all the deals have been great this is definitely life altering for me So glad it arrived with no damage It arrives pretty fast once it shipped it only took two days from Kentucky to Alaska I think they will be selling a lot more of these now than my friends and family have seen it They all want one

Good news first. item was well packed. After unpacking found bearings full of steel grit media from bead blasting. bearings are locked up "un-useable". The electric winch box had 230v labeling even though the winch had a 110v plug on it. The mounting hole for the winch don't match up to any of the holes in the mounting plate on the boom. Crane is completely un-useable out of the box. Because of these issues I was forced to rent a mobile crane to complete my project on time at a great cost.

Very nice. Needed the 120v version for lifting steel onto a plasma table.

This thing is very heavy duty and works absolutely perfect lifts with ease no problems at all with it I use it to pull zero turn mower motors does exactly what I needed it to do will not go without one of these ever again

Generally of good construction. Ensure to read and understand the details of the winch and the actual capacities. The major problem was that the winch base plate holes/fixing nuts do not match the fixing holes on the jib mounting plate, requiring a complete dismantle, drilling new holes and welding of new capture nuts - not well thought out or considered by the person putting the package together.

Works awesome, I installed it on my mezzanine in my garage so I can lift heavier objects up top without hurting my back and feeling safer doing it.

Bought it for lifting boxes up a level. Works well, little loud, but be worn if there’s no tension on the rope as you lower it or raise it sometimes it gets tangled up
