Based on the results of my latest bloodwork, my doctor wanted me to take a vitamin D3 + K2. I've been using these since August 21, 2025. I don't return for follow up bloodwork until January 2026. I will find out then if my vitamin D level has increased. These pills are a soft gel. They are small and easy to swallow. They aren't sticky at all. I chose this particular brand after some research because of their use of clean ingredients. In my opinion, this is a quality product. The packaging and pills look exactly as advertised.

First time buying and will buy again. In my opinion doesn’t have any taste, and very easy to digest.

These NatureWise vitamin D3 & K2 gel tabs were received with the gel tabs all melted-stuck together into one big ball in the bottle! Could not separate the little capsules apart except perhaps about 7 forcefully with fingernail. Cannot separate the rest. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM WHEN IT IS HOT OUTSIDE!! Did not include a photo as when you look down into the bottle, it looks like nothing is wrong, but they are stuck together.
