Great for feijoada, holds its shape and tastes amazing
I bought this specifically to make Brazilian feijoada, and it worked really well. The flavor is smoky and savory without being overpowering, and it blends perfectly into the dish. I get this with the peppers and onions ( frozen) or just the peppers. Slice them in chunks . Saute your peppers.. throw in your sliced meat and stir it up( Olive oil is what I use).. best meal one pan!
