My wife is a severe tooth grinder. How severe? She has had to have a had plastic dental bite guard replaced and she has broken crowns! Yeah, that’s some serious money. I thought that I would get one of these and try let her try it. So far, it is working better than a bite guard from the dentist and we will have to wait and see how her crowns fare, but with the thickness of this mouth guard, there is no way her teeth can grind against each other. Will it withstand her abuse? Time will tell on that, but she is very happy with it so far. We followed the fitting instructions to the letter and are very happy.

Buen bucal, el grosor es bueno y protege bien, puedes hablar y respirar bien, no se cae. Lo unico medio es la sujeción, no se cae, pero con un poco de empujón con tu lengua si se cae, no se cae por golpes ni nada, pero eso no me gusta tanto.

Ottimo paradenti . L'ho sostituiito col precedente perche' non riuscivo a respirare ,parlare o bere senza imprecare . Con questo e' tutto un altro mondo . La respirazione soprattutto e' migliorata nettamente . Per formarlo ho seguito le istruzioni tenendolo in acqua bollente per 20 secondi come prescritto e non come ha fatto qualcuno per trenta secondi lamentandosi pure . Attenzione pero' a maneggiarlo dalla parte inferiore piu dura , perche' quella superiore e' in gel e si scioglie dopo l'immersione in acqua bollente . Qualche euro in piu' ma ne vale la pena
