’ve been a fan of Medicube for a while now — I’ve tried a few of their products and even recommended them to friends and family. I bought the Medicube Wrapping Mask Collagen Overnight Peel Off Facial Mask first and loved it so much that I had to get the Kojic Acid Turmeric Overnight Wrapping Peel Off Mask. The turmeric mask is just as great. The texture spreads easily and doesn’t feel heavy or sticky overnight. Peeling it off in the morning is satisfying and clean, and my skin instantly looks brighter and smoother. I can really see the radiance, especially on areas that usually look dull. I think it’s more about boosting brightness and improving texture than overnight dark spot correction, but that’s exactly what I wanted — a refreshed, glowing look with gentle care. Just make sure to follow up with moisturizer, because peel‑offs can be a bit drying. Overall, I love the brand and this mask is a fantastic addition to my routine. I appreciate Holly Browns review because it mirrors mine : I'm not overly impressed but I'll give it more time. I don't have perfect skin by any means, but my routine prior to adding this already has my skin glowy, moisturized and bright. I wanted to add this mostly for under eye circles and any dark spots to hopefully lighten them along with my other products. I don't have blackheads/ whiteheads or acne to contend with, so it's a fresh face with little to no issues and blank slate. I've used this 2 or 3 times now and don't see any major difference, so those ppl touting this as a magical elixir that fixes in 1 use are lying. My skin is already soft, so i don't think it's adding additional softness, but because it encased my products it may be helping somewhat. I don't think it's adding additional moisture, but it isn't pulling any away because I don't wake up feeling dried out or anything. I find the idea of it a little redundant now that I've used it - it goes on after your entire routine so all my benefits come from other inner products and this encased them on top kind of like slugging. For the price i don't think I'll continue using it, when I slug with aquaphor on a regular basis for less money and it's more easily accessible. When I peel this in the morning I don't ever get a single peel, it's always in chunks or little flakes. As I peel it away I don't notice any additional shine or glow in those areas so I feel pretty meh about it, but it may just take more time. Since i can never get it all off I always end up rinsing my face with cool water and once it's all removed I'll see a bit of brightness to my face, but I don't attribute that to this product alone. Mine didn't come with an applicator brush which is annoying at this price point. I put it on with my fingers, it's very runny and gloopy until you smooth it onto your face, so be careful when applying on your forehead because it can drip down towards your eyes. I don't feel any uncomfortable tightness or drynesswhile wearing it, and the initial look when it's smoothly applied is how i thought it'd look at the finished result based on tiktoks - again big lies told and absolutely overhyped. 4 stars because i admit that this might be cleaner to sleep in for slugging purposes rather than aquaphor which might smear on a pillow, while as this dries i don't feel it going anywhere and noticed nothing on my pillows and I move alot in my sleep, so the ease of using it is an advantage, but I'd give it 3 stars for cost and effectiveness because I'm just not seeing it adding to my routine. Maybe after a solid month or 2 of use it'll start to look useful, but i attribute my skins success to all my other products and most likely will not repurchase

LOVE!! This product works wonderfully! I use it 2-3x a week on my old and crappy sensitive skin . And it really helps tighten/firm and clarify . I think my skin looks younger and brighter after using . Took me a bit to get used to the sticky feeling it has til it dries , so I use a small electric fan to speed up the dry time . When applying I use a brush and load the product onto the back of my hand .. like a pallet. Then I put some on the backs of both of my hands . After my 1st try I immediately bought more and put it on a subscription . I absolutely do not want to do without this . So far it’s my favorite medicube product . Takes a bit to peel off in the morning , comes off best in the shower , but peeling or a warm wet washcloth also works. It’s nice that it’s clear . No transfer to pillowcases, it stays on the face very nicely .

This was okay. Your face does glow a bit and feel soft in the morning right after you peel it off BUT it did not show any lasting affects :/.

I love this mask. I use it over night, for 15 minutes, in the day, under makeup (like if I have a breakout, Ive applied this, let it dry, and done makeup over it as if it were an acne bandaid)... whenever really. I've used it multiple times on spots In a day. It helps lighten post acne marks, I can get good results within a day if I use it multiple times (i.e., apply, let it dry for an hour, peel, and repeat a few more times) however it isnt a full on miracle worker, it just makes it so my makeup can cover any maks better. I rarely use it all over my face so i can't really say much on overall brightening though. I have sensitive skin but this has never caused irritation. It doesn't leave my skin feeling dried out. It peels off pretty easily, easier than alot of peel off masks I've used in the past. It's decent for the price. I'd probably repurchase it when I run out. It does have a slight smell but thats to be expected with anything turmeric. I am pretty fair skined, I've never experienced any staining (as tumeric can sometimes do to the skin).
