​I am really happy with this 15-piece knife set so far! I really like this knife set overall. The knives work well, look nice, and get the job done. My only real issue was with quality control. I received one too many of the same knife, and instead of getting the different knife that was supposed to be included, I ended up with seven of the same style instead of six. It’s not a huge problem, but it’s definitely something the company should pay more attention to. I also wish the color was a little deeper brown, and the spacing in the block/setup seems slightly off. That said, they’re still good knives and functional for everyday use. I do think they’re priced a little higher than they should be, but overall it’s still a nice set.

I got these for my wife for Christmas, and so far, she likes them. They are durable I have cut thru chicken, and stakes, and don't have to worry about avoiding bones.

These knives came sharp out of the box, which was a plus! Aesthetically pleasing and easy to clean, hand wash as suggested. My previous knife set was the Amazon basic, they got to the point of sharpen before every use, so this set really takes the cake. The weight is amazing and they slice like butter.

Wouldn’t recommend. They came and they’re not exactly sharp. Nearly cut myself on the chopping board due to bluntness of the knives. Upon arrival the stand it comes in had imprints like the knives had been in it already which says to me it was potentially used before?

I bought these knives to replace my plastic handled knives that are falling apart. They are heavier than my plastic handled knives but easy to use. They sharpen well with the included sharpening wand (with some practice). I found that I had to get the angle right when sharpening (from watching the video on this listing) and being sure not to go against the blade but over it. Also I have learned not to try and over-sharpen - to sharpen until just sharp or risk dulling the blade and having to start over again. I am careful not to soak these knives, just to hand wash them with a soapy cloth and then rinse and immediately dry them on a dish towel. They chop raw vegetables easily when sharp (sweet potatoes and carrots, etc.). These knives are extremely sharp when properly sharpened - be careful. Well made product and not too expensive.

This knife set is very good looking, they are sharp and the set includes a rat tail sharpener. I purchased these to replace an expensive well known brand that after many years of use were falling apart. I was very happy to feel the ergonomic shape and the weight of these knives. They do not have hollow handles so are very well weighted. Even though i suffer from arthritis in my hands, the weight makes them easy to use, as i am not forcing the blades through, the weight works in my favour. I never put my knives in the dishwasher, but cannot attest to the longevity as have not had them long enough. The price was very good for a full set of chefs knives, with the wooden block. Plus the rats tail, a pair of scissors and 6 steak knives.
