Quality of this fry fan is very good. Very heavy quality material and very thick base so very don't get burnt. Coating is very good not easily getting off. It's very base is very smooth so we don't need to use more oil . Ss lid look very primium and quality of lid is also very good.

Amazing frying pan with thick base which prevents food from burning yet gives proper crisp and grill flavour to food. It absorbs very less oil also and food doesnt stick to the utensil.

Absolute trash quality. Works well for a few months and then loses its non-stick properties completely. Despite following all the Do’s and Dont’s Everything sticks.

Very Solid, Heavy Pan that has even heat; Quality Build! 1st 'Non-Stick' in eons! Don't care to poison myself or loved ones with Teflon particles...however the newer types of pans allowed 'us' to have...options. Yay. I've been a pro-chef, restaurant owner, and had the best in kitchen equipment most of my life. This pan, IMHO, rates right up there with the best.

Have just used it to make omelettes, pancakes and chillas. It does the job perfectly. Surface is smooth and shiny. Nothing sticks to the bottom making the cooking easy. Little expensive but the product is premium and High quality.

Heavy duty with quality feel in hand and looks, i can feel the quality material used and their price by in hand feel but the non stick capability is somewhat underwhelming. Heat distribution is good but both the handles one of pan and other of metal lid gets hot overtime. Overall pretty looking heavy pan with limited nonstick performance.

Awesome product, very premium quality . My mom just loved it. The steel is very heavy duty and size is apt for daily cooking.

Writing the review after 10 months use of this product. Food has started sticking now.. very disappointed 😞 after spending so much money

Excellent. Hard and slippery ceramic coating is excellent non-stick and easy to clean. Weight is good and it works great on induction ranges.

I can't understand why they discontinued this product. It's an excellent saute pan. Nothing sticks to it and it's so easy to clean. It still looks and performs like new after months of regular use. I wish they'd make them again.

We purchased this 12" pan with the 8" as a set. Cut to the chase, these pans are amazing. We have a gas stove (for reference). The build quality is 5 star, the steel core heats very evenly and quickly and unlike aluminum pans, does not take a drastic temperature drop when you put food in it to cook. Handles are solid and very smooth shape and easy to grasp and hold. Cleanup is a breeze even when you cook things that can 'stick' during a cooking process. I do have ONE complaint, and that I didn't know about these pans sooner and purchased them much sooner - we messed around with the chemical coated aluminum pans that started failing within 3-6 months of use and who knows what materials were cast off into the cooking. For cooking 'oils' we cook exclusively with butter and or grass-fed tallow. We only use these pans for medium and lower heat, nothing SUPER hot - for that level of cooking I use cast iron exclusively. We hand wash once the pans are cool and only use non-metal utensils. Ive been passionate about cooking for decades and tried just about everything out there and these + my cast iron is the ONLY thing I will now use, period. Amazing pans, lifetime warranty, crazy high quality and cook and clean like a dream.

Greatly surprised when I received what was to be a replacement non-stick pan from Tramontina. The former and familiar black coating on such pans had been replaced with a high sheen bluish-gray coating that I think might well be ceramic. And, the stainless steel was buffed to a mirror finish. If you can be assured that this is the pan you'll get if order one, go for it! It's a remarkable pan that heats evenly and clean-up only takes seconds.

Beautiful pans, nice ceramic nonstick layer cooks food evenly heats quickly! I’ve purchased both 10 inch and 12 inch soon to purchase the 8 inch for smaller portions. Works great on induction, see video! I highly recommend these pans! In regards to the reviews that were not good on these, I’m wondering if the owners took care of their cookware? You want to use silicone or rubber spatulas do not use metal utensils on the pans.
