I'm no professional but this thing seems like a great "toy!" It's super easy to setup for its first flight and comes with a handy double lead charger cord so you can charge both batteries it comes with at the same time. My 10 year old loves the "land" function - it's really zippy when he uses it on the sidewalk. I, however, love flying it! It's so easy to maneuver and I've found it to be very durable (I crash it a lot.) As far as flight /playtime I have no complaints. We haven't run out of battery life during any of our outings yet. I think that the more we learn about the intricacies of the drone, the more we'll love it.

This is a fun little drone to play with. I got it just to fly around my house. My four year old grandson, can even fly it and it loves it. The only problem is the battery is a little hard to get on and off and on and off the charger. I did have to fix the trim when I first got it, but now it is easy to fly. It's a fun little toy.

I picked up this drone mainly as a little toy for my 5-year-old, and while it’s impressive for the price, it comes with a few caveats worth knowing before you buy. First off, it does work as advertised—it flies, it hovers, and you can use it indoors. That said, controlling it takes some practice. The drone is very sensitive, which makes it tricky to fly smoothly, even for an adult. For a young child, it’s pretty much impossible to control in any meaningful way, so don’t expect this to be a “first drone” they can fly solo. One thing to keep in mind is how much the drone reacts to airflow. Even a ceiling fan or AC vent can send it drifting off course, which makes small indoor spaces even more challenging. You’ll want a larger, open area if you want any chance of flying it without constant crashes. Another minor annoyance: the propellers tend to pick up hair and threads from the floor very easily, and once they get stuck, you’ll need to stop and untangle them before flying again. Overall, I’d call this more of a novelty toy than a true beginner’s drone. It’s fun for a quick spin, but the limitations mean it doesn’t stay engaging for long. If you’re buying it for a young child, expect to be the one doing most of the flying. For the price, it’s not a bad little gadget, but I wouldn’t call it hours of fun. More of a “cool to try” toy than something you’ll keep coming back to.

Although I own several recreational drones, I picked this one up for my 5-year-old grandson. I was attracted to it because of its ease of use, durability, and small size. I gave it to my grandson without instructions, and within five minutes, he was flying and controlling it relatively well. The controls are easy to understand, the drone is stable, easy to fly, and virtually indestructible. The battery life is longer than I expected, and the spare battery makes it nice to continue playing while the first one charges. It's nice that there were spare parts and tools included in the kit. Another great feature was an overlay you can put right over the controls to better understand them when you first use the product. Top quality all the way.

It was easy to fly for beginners. Lasted about 3 weeks with minimal use. Just stopped working.
