Dual port 10Gbps network card. Full 10Gbps speed. Low power consumption. PCIe 3.0 x8 connection is easy to install. High quality components and an Intel controller. This is a really good card for building your own router. Great value for the dollar.

This does have an actual Intel X710 Chipset and it does have an Intel Corporate MAC Address tied to it, but it is obviously not Genuine Intel and there are a very sketchy things about it. For one, instead of a RoHS marking on the back side of the PCB it says RoSH. This is clearly a cheaply made card that probably uses X710 Chipsets that didn't meet Intel Specifications. For the price, I might seek out a card from a brand that you trust and has a known track record of honoring warranty. With all that said, this card does work and it has passed my basic 24-hour stress test. I will be testing it some more and put any updates if there is a failure.

Works OK so far. Only seen it get up to 4.5 Gbps with ipef3 but that's testing on a machine that I don't have a solid baseline of. The placement of the ports is just a little bit off. Compared to the NIC that I replaced this with, the tab side of the RJ45 ports sits too close to the metal frame so the cables just barely lock in since the frame is depressing the tab.

Needed to update to get the full speed but it worked out of the box no issues! would recommend.
