When should the mushrooms be harvested?

The image on the front of your Spray & Grow Kit box shows the mushrooms at their ideal stage of growth for harvesting. The general rule is that mushrooms should be harvested before their caps flatten or become concave. In the case of lion's mane, before they become yellowed and mushy.

north spore, please answer, why aren't you accepting snap for payment?? the usda stipulates that all food plants and seeds to grow food are eligible!!

I guess depends on the seller if participate in accepting snap or not.

Should it be put under a Heat lamp?

Nope, definitely not. These like it on the cooler side and prefer a higher humidity.
