Can I wash this pillow?

Yes! We recommend machine washing on a wool/delicate cycle at 30 degrees using wool detergent, a spin speed lower than 800RPM and then line drying. We do not advise tumble drying.

How do I adjust the firmness of my pillow?

Simply unzip the pillow and remove, add or tease the wool apart to design a firm pillow, flat pillow or plump pillow. Making it an ideal pillow for everyone! No matter how you sleep, whether that’s on your front, side or back.

Why does my pillow have a sheepy scent?

The Chatsworth Pillow is completely natural. Unlike most single-scoured wool products, all our wool is double-scoured to remove any residual matter from the fleeces. However, there can sometimes be a slight sheepy scent upon opening your product.

How do I get rid of that scent?

This will subside within a few hours of opening up your packaging and airing the product before use will speed up this process.
