Can you chew and swallow it ?

Yes...I'm just finding out this Harvest Moon 2023. I am chewing it right now. I also made a tea adding myrrh. I buy mines from a local health food store and originally got it to use for spiritual purposes. To know now the duality of it makes me so grateful.

How long would 3 oz last if chewed every day?

That depends on usage. I bought the 3 oz and used it regularly for about 3 weeks.

Can be delivered to spain?

Yes, Amazon ships all over the world. However, with the current crisis, transit time for international destinations are considerably slower.
