Well made Great add on to train set

A fun little set, making a train with short tracks ( an expansion set of tracks for this scale is available, too.) Great way to introduce a child to brick building/Lego, and DUPLO actually integrates fully with Lego, so they need not be tossed out as incompatible.

Nice expansion set for my Grandson. I think having extra pieces makes it easier for him to complete a circuit.

We have had so much fun with this and all the Duplo Train accessories for our train-obsessed toddler. It's easy for them to assemble and play with on their own or as a family. Will be sad when they outgrow this toy!

Great toy for toddler who likes to build

The expansion set is used by our toddler make longer and creative train tracks. The gates are a nice addition. A few more straight sections would be helpful to reduce turns to help keep the train on the track.

I’m fairly impressed with the durability of this train. My toddler hid it in a bush and there it stayed for over a month. It weathered rain, dirt, temperature swings and outdoor critters. etc. When I finally found it and brushed it off and hit the power button it chugged along as if nothing unusual had happened. Looks as good as new and now we’re back to creating new routes.

We bought the whole package for our 2 years old son and we must admit it's way above our expectations. Package : Duplo Steam train (#10874) Duplo train tracks (#10882) Duplo bridge and tracks (#10872) Why we like it? - High quality toys - Pieces are "safe" for kids (bigger than the usual Lego brand pieces) - Parts are easy to assemble - The package gives you a lot of track options - You have plenty of options when comes time to program the train/track - The application is really easy/cool to use. (Can be used to control the train remotely) Also, we realized the batteries are long lasting as we forgot to turn of the train a few times and we only have to change them once in a 5-month range. Highly recommended products!

My grandchildren loved it.I bought extra track. You do need more as I feel it needs it.Sturdy easy to put together.They loved the train going back and forwards.
